At Algarve House Hunters, our service goes far beyond simply finding properties. We work exclusively on behalf of our buyers, helping with the search, arranging and accompanying viewings, video viewings for clients abroad, gathering additional property information, negotiating on their behalf and supporting them throughout the entire purchase process.

🏡 From video viewings to the keys to her new home! 🔑

A huge congratulations to our wonderful client Suzanne, who has officially purchased her new home in São João da Madeira! 🇵🇹🥂

A special thank you to Frederico, owner of Flimo, who we worked in association with on this purchase. We love working collaboratively with other professionals across Portugal to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients. 🤝

Suzanne originally flew over to Portugal to view properties with us, but sometimes the perfect home simply isn't there on the first trip. Rather than settling for something that wasn't quite right, the search continued after she returned home.

We continued sourcing suitable properties and arranging video viewings, allowing Suzanne to explore potential homes from abroad until eventually... she found the one.

From arranging viewings and assisting throughout the purchase to coordinating the different stages of the process, we were by Suzanne's side from beginning to end. When completion day finally arrived, our team travelled north to São João da Madeira to be there with her for the final deed and those all-important keys. 🔑

Because our service doesn't stop at finding a property. We're there to represent, support and guide our clients throughout their purchase, wherever in Portugal their search takes them. 🇵🇹
