Last week we swapped spreadsheets, visa checklists and "has AIMA replied yet?" for something far more civilised: an evening with our clients at Le Art Clinic in Algés.

Good company, great art, and a drink or two. No property talk was strictly forbidden, but we noticed it came up less once the w**e came out.

A big thank you to everyone who came along. Moving to a new country is a lot of paperwork, and it's nice to be reminded that it's also about the people you meet along the way. And to Le Art Clinic, for having us and for making us all look more cultured than we are.
