🏠 The Accommodation:
The 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙖 𝘼𝙢𝙤-𝙩𝙚 𝙊𝙡𝙝𝙖̃𝙤, with its azulejo façade, is a north-south oriented through-house with, on the ground floor, a large bright living space and a toilet. This 40m² space has a beautiful open kitchen, fully equipped, a table with four chairs, a lounge area with a sofa for watching TV or relaxing in front of the wood stove in winter, a corner dedicated to reading or relaxation with two large comfortable armchairs, and a desk area for working, teleworking, writing, drawing, studying, ...
Upstairs, a corridor leads to two bright en-suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and quality bedding. In the first bedroom, a Queen Size bed (160x200) and in the second, two single beds. From the balcony, access the rooftop, a fully furnished terrace so you can fully enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day and year. A garden lounge, a summer kitchen with its electric grill/plancha, a mini-fridge, a table and benches for dining in the shade under the pergola, and deck chairs for relaxation. For safety reasons, the small pool has been condemned and remodeled, but a shower is there for you to refresh at any time. The 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙖 𝘼𝙢𝙤-𝙩𝙚 𝙊𝙡𝙝𝙖̃𝙤 has a fiber optic internet connection, with a high-speed wifi signal (488Mb/s) and quality, a 19'' screen, allowing you to telework in peace and enjoy all the services of a connected TV using your favorite apps and subscriptions (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Spotify, Deezer, Youtube Music, ... Note that our tenants will by default have access to Vodafone cable with its channels, but also HBO, Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video. So as not to clutter your luggage, we provide household linen as well as essentials for going to the beach and market (beach towels, umbrella, cooler, beach cart, ...). Whatever your time of arrival, independently or not, we can be there to receive you and/or keep your luggage before check-in and, if you wish, pick you up at Faro airport (cost = 30€). Count on our availability to advise you, to prepare for your arrival, and throughout your stay because your satisfaction and loyalty are our priorities.
🧳 Traveler Access:
The 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙖 𝘼𝙢𝙤-𝙩𝙚 𝙊𝙡𝙝𝙖̃𝙤 is 15 minutes from Faro Airport, 1h30 from Seville Airport, and 10 minutes on foot from the bus and train stations. By car, you will find no difficulty in parking for free nearby.
📝 Other Remarks:
The 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙖 𝘼𝙢𝙤-𝙩𝙚 𝙊𝙡𝙝𝙖̃𝙤 has two private and independent entrances, one on the main street and a secondary one in a narrow and typical alley of Olhão. Although it is forbidden to smoke inside the house, the outdoor spaces such as the balcony and the roof terrace allow you to quietly smoke your cigarette, cigar, or even your shisha. For those who wish to fully enjoy Olhão and are not fans of driving on vacation, know that on-site all points of interest, all activities are 5 minutes from the house. Thus, on foot, you can go to the market, restaurant, take a boat to the beach (~2€), walk in nature, have a drink, do your shopping, buy cigarettes, etc. If you wish to book the 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙖 𝘼𝙢𝙤-𝙩𝙚 𝙊𝙡𝙝𝙖̃𝙤 for teleworking or enjoying your retirement over a longer period than usual, contact us so we can make you a preferential offer.
