We spend a wonderful evening Chez Lara in Olhao. A private dinner on a terrace with several other people we were so glad to meet. Lara knows how to welcome her guests. The table, the plates, the tastes were fantastic. Her cuisine is full of inspiration and flavors. Bravo !

One of those Olhão evenings.

The scent of warm summer air. A courtyard beneath the trees. Jazz drifting into the night. Conversations lingering long after the last note.

Yesterday evening at República 14, Projecto Colombiano reminded us why we love this town so much.

Because beyond the islands, the markets and the Atlantic light, Olhão is also a place of culture, creativity and unexpected moments shared under the stars.

And sometimes, that’s all you need for a perfect evening.
