Beautiful unique apartments in charming traditional coastal village of Pera for the Winter, January to March at the reduced cost of 850 euros a month for each apartment, includes bills.

One apartment is a fully equipped T1 with double bed and has an amazing sea and countryside view from the terrace.

The other is a T2 with a double bed and twin bedroom fully equipped with outdoor terrace space.

Both have lounge, bathroom, kitchen, Wifi, airconditioning, heating in every room, TV in each lounge and bedroom.

They both have an independent door to the outside street. Located in walking distance of the restaurants, bars and the nearest beach is Pria Grande.

Pera has traditional charm and a calm friendly community.

Both apartments are traditonal but have a unique warm ambience. Pera is a fantastic base for exploring the Algarve.

Hi I am renting a beautiful, unique T1 apartment with a sunning sea and countryside view from the terrace in the friendly area of Pera. I run this as an airbnb during the Summer and would like to let it out on a monthly basis over the Winter. The Price is 900 euros a month bills incuded.
