An unspoilt area of Portugal. To arrive at this luxury 4 bedroom villa you will drive through some breathtaking views of Lisbon and Setubal/T***a coasts. Many local vineyards offering good quality wines - some you will recognise. The villa is located on a golf course, par 3 and for the more serious golfers there is also T***a Links (ranked in top 100 of Europe), Quinta de Peru (ranked in top 100 of Europe), Ribbagolf 1 & 2, Aroeira all within 35 minutes drive. Palmela town (ten minutes from your villa) offers the local castle, Castel de Palmela, the Fonseca wineries and museum and again more breathtaking views. Setubal is ten minutes away and is well respected and known for its seafood restaurants and beaches i.e.; T***a has long and sandy beaches that go on for miles, Portinho da Arrabida, Praia de Galapos. There is also the Serra da Arrabida ( natural forest park) with beautiful views overlooking T***a and the sea. Dolphin watching. For the more adventurous there is the Kartodromo International de Palmela (go kart racing) 5 minutes from the Villa.There are at least 12 top class golf courses within a 25 minute drive of the resort The famous Arribida national park is within walking distance and ideal for hiking/bike riding holidays and the resort has bike rental on site.There are numerous top quality and very reasonably priced restaurants serving fine fish /meat local and international cuisine at a fraction of the cost of their algarve/costa del sol counterparts and also a fine restaurant on site.Breathtaking beaches such as figuerinha and portinho@14kms and many more along the coast road and temperatures from may to october ranging from 24 to 32 degrees and great sunshine make the short trips to the beaches really enjoyable. Coast/BeachThe beautiful beaches along the Blue Coast including Portinho da Arrabida are approx 20 minutes drive. Sesimbra beach and town are well worth a visit 21 km distance. Most beaches have cafe/restaurants, loungers for hire, water sports etc. You may book a round off golf at the clubhouse on the resort and enjoy a well earned meal in the Moscatello Restaurant afterwards. The region offers no less than 18 golf courses within easy reach, of which 6 are within 30 minutes drive. These include Quinta do Peru, Ribagolfe I and II (host venue for the European Tour Qualifying School), Montado and the fabulous Aroeira I and II courses where the Portugal Open was hosted in 1996 and 97. You will not need to be concerned with the cost of living when you enjoy a holiday here. Fifteen euros usually provides a two course meal and a bottle of wine.
