Às vezes, a vida lembra-nos que precisamos parar por um momento.

Abrandar, respirar, cuidar de nós e dar ao nosso corpo o tempo e a atenção que merece. ❤️

Nas próximas semanas, estarei um pouco menos disponível do que é habitual. Não é fácil para mim — sou daquelas pessoas que está sempre a fazer, a responder, a trabalhar e a tentar estar presente para os meus clientes.

Mas, por vezes, cuidar de nós tem de vir primeiro. Porque quando cuidamos de nós, conseguimos voltar mais fortes, mais focados e preparados para dar o nosso melhor.
