You will take ownership of transactions from agreed sale through to completion, acting as the central point of coordination between all parties.
• Manage and oversee all buyer and seller files
• Liaise with agents, clients, solicitors, and lenders
• Track key dates, conditions, and contractual milestones
• Ensure full compliance and document accuracy
• Maintain clear, structured digital records
• Provide consistent updates to stakeholders

• Proven experience in real estate coordination or conveyancing support
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple transactions simultaneously
• Professional communication style
• Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
• Comfortable working within structured systems
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) – essential
