Sometimes the right answer is no.

A guest once asked us to host twenty people for a wedding in a villa built for ten. We said no. Not because we couldn’t fit more chairs, but because privacy and comfort break down before capacity does.

We’ve turned down back-to-back same-day bookings too, because rest matters more than one extra night of revenue.

Most hospitality brands won’t tell you this part. We think it’s the part that actually earns trust.
