Every beautiful project starts with demolition.

To build something new, sometimes you have to completely remove the old — clear the space, prepare it for new solutions, and start with a clean slate.

We handle renovations from start to finish: from demolition and site preparation to the complete realization of the project.

Engineering solutions, architecture, design, and all construction works — we manage the entire process according to the project and the client’s vision.

You create the idea — we turn it into a space.

Casa Nova — renovation where everything starts with the right first step.

How can you avoid the mess of removing tiles when renovating a kitchen or bathroom?

You don’t always need to remove existing ceramic tiles just to completely change the look of a space.

For this project, we used Weberenov Liso by Weber — a ready-to-use renovation paste designed for application directly over ceramic surfaces.

According to the manufacturer, it offers high adhesion to ceramic surfaces, water resistance, and creates a smooth, even surface that can be painted.

Take a look at this kitchen 👆

The original tiles stayed in place. After properly preparing the surface, we created a completely new finish that can be painted in almost any colour.

The result looks just like a normal painted wall — you would never know there are old ceramic tiles underneath.

Less demolition → less dust and waste → faster renovation → a great result.

We are not afraid of new technologies.

We keep learning, testing modern materials and techniques, and bringing better solutions into our work.

Our goal is to make renovations easier, cleaner, faster and higher quality — using modern technology wherever it makes a real difference.

We keep moving forward. We renovate smarter.

New Color. New Feeling. ✨

Sometimes, changing the color of a room is more than just painting the walls.

It can feel like starting a new chapter.
A new atmosphere. A new energy. Almost like beginning a new life in the same space. 🏡

Every client is an artist of their own life — and their home is their canvas. 🎨
You choose the colors you want to live with, the atmosphere you want to feel every day, and the style that represents you.

And our job is not simply to paint.
We help you turn your ideas into reality — choosing the right materials, preparing the surfaces properly and creating a finish that makes the space feel completely new.

Sometimes, all it takes is a new color to see your home differently. ✨

What color would you choose for your next chapter?

Electrical Installation Is More Than Just Wires ⚡🏗️

A house, apartment, office, shop or restaurant — each type of property has different electrical and fire-safety requirements.

What works for a private apartment cannot always be applied directly to an office or commercial property.

A professional installation must consider:

🔹 The purpose and classification of the premises
🔹 Electrical loads and power requirements
🔹 Cable and conductor installation methods
🔹 Conduits, corrugated pipes and cable trays
🔹 Fire safety and fire propagation risks
🔹 Emergency and evacuation lighting
🔹 Grounding and protection against electric shock
🔹 Data, fire alarm and other low-voltage systems
🔹 Applicable Portuguese regulations and project requirements

These details become especially important during renovations and construction of commercial properties.

A wrong installation method, unsuitable materials or missing documentation can result in rework, additional costs, failed inspections and problems when putting the property into operation.

That is why electrical and low-voltage systems should be planned before installation begins — not corrected after the renovation is finished.

Our company works with engineers and qualified installers, providing complete electrical and low-voltage solutions for residential and commercial projects.

We don't just make the electricity work.

We make it safe, properly planned and compliant — so our clients can avoid problems in the future. ⚡

The right floor is more than just a level surface. 🛠️

Renovation often involves complex challenges: different floor levels, height differences, thermal insulation, different types of substrates, and the need to combine several finishing materials.

Tiles, vinyl, laminate, engineered wood — each flooring system requires the right approach.

We consider the entire floor structure: the existing substrate, thermal insulation, screed, waterproofing, adhesive thickness and final flooring.

We work with different technologies and materials, including LECA and lightweight mixes, when they are the right solution for reducing loads and achieving the required floor level.

🎯 Our goal is to make everything work together:

one level → the right structure → a reliable substrate → a perfect finish.

We don’t just install flooring.

We plan the entire floor system to make sure the final result works as one.

🏠 Proper preparation is the foundation of a quality renovation.

The Engineer’s Work

Is it possible to design and install the building services without an engineer? No. Where the electrical outlets and light fixtures will be located, where the interior partitions will be placed, what thickness they should have, and many other details — only an engineer can carry out the correct calculations and take full responsibility for the decisions made.
