Some deals test your patience. This one took a few extra rounds of it! ✍️🏡

Getting the CPCV signed on this property in Querença definitely wasn't smooth sailing. Between navigating a few hurdles, last-minute changes, and keeping all the moving parts aligned, it took plenty of time, grit, and good old-fashioned perseverance to get here.

In real estate, the easy wins are nice, but pushing a tricky deal over the finish line makes it so much more rewarding. Big things take time, and this one was absolutely worth the wait.

Congrats to everyone involved for sticking with it. On to the deed! 🥂🔑

Sommige deals op de huizenmarkt vergen wat geduld. Deze kostte net even een paar extra rondes! ✍️🏡

Het ondertekenen van de CPCV voor deze woning in Querença ging zeker niet zonder slag of stoot. Tussen het oplossen van wat onverwachte obstakels en het op één lijn krijgen van alle bewegende delen door, vroeg het een hoop tijd, doorzettingsvermogen en geduld om hier te komen.

In de makelaardij zijn de makkelijke successen fijn, maar het over de finish trekken van een ingewikkelde deal geeft pas echt voldoening. Mooie dingen kosten tijd, en deze was het wachten meer dan waard.

Assinar o CPCV desta propriedade em Querença definitivamente não foi um processo simples. Entre ultrapassar alguns obstáculos inesperados e manter todas as peças a andar na mesma direção, foi preciso muito tempo, determinação e boa velha persistência para chegar aqui.

No imobiliário, as vendas fáceis sabem bem, mas levar um negócio complicado até ao fim faz com que a vitória seja muito mais compensadora. As coisas boas levam o seu tempo, e esta valeu totalmente a pena.
