أعلنت الشركة المتحدة للتنمية عن نتائجها المالية للربع الثاني من عام 2026، حيث حققت أرباحاً صافية بلغت 115 مليون ريال قطري، وإيرادات بقيمة 885 مليون ريال قطري.

أكدت الشركة المتحدة للتنمية، المطوّر الرئيسي لجزيرتيّ اللؤلؤة وجيوان، أن الأعمال الجارية حالياً في موقع مشروع بيرليتا جاردنز، الواقع ضمن جزيرة اللؤلؤة، تأتي في إطار عملية إعادة التطوير المخطط لها، وذلك عقب الاستحواذ الاستراتيجي للشركة على المشروع، والذي تم الإعلان عنه في نهاية العام الماضي.

United Development Company (UDC), the master developer of The Pearl and Gewan Islands, has confirmed that the works currently taking place at the Perlita Gardens site, located within The Pearl Island, form part of the planned redevelopment process following UDC’s strategic acquisition of the project, which was announced at the end of last year.
