حضر سعادة السيد عبدالله بن حمد بن عبدالله العطية، وزير البلدية ورئيس مجلس إدارة شركة الديار القطرية، صباح اليوم، فعاليات شركة الديار القطرية ومجموعة بروة العقارية، المقامة في الحديقة الهلالية بمدينة لوسيل، وذلك ضمن احتفالات اليوم الرياضي للدولة.

وجاءت الفعالية بحضور سعادة السيد علي بن محمد العلي، وكيل وزارة البلدية، والشيخ حمد بن طلال آل ثاني، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة الديار القطرية، والسيد أحمد محمد الطيب، الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة بروة العقارية، إلى جانب موظفي الشركتين وعائلاتهم.

وتضمنت الفعاليات أنشطة رياضية ومجتمعية متنوعة، عكست حرص شركة الديار القطرية ومجموعة بروة العقارية على تعزيز ثقافة الرياضة، وترسيخ قيم التواصل المجتمعي، ودعم أنماط الحياة الصحية، في بيئة عمل إيجابية ومتكاملة.





His Excellency Mr. Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiyah, Minister of Municipality and Chairman of Qatari Diar, attended this morning the activities organized by Qatari Diar and Barwa Real Estate Group, held at Crescent Park in Lusail City, as part of the National Sport Day.

The event was attended by His Excellency Mr. Ali bin Mohamed Al-Ali, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipality, Sheikh Hamad Bin Talal Al-Thani, CEO of Qatari Diar, and Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Al Tayeb, CEO of Barwa Real Estate Group, in addition to employees of both companies and their families.

The activities included a variety of sports and community events, reflecting the commitment of Qatari Diar and Barwa Real Estate Group to promoting a culture of sports, strengthening community engagement, and supporting healthy lifestyles within a positive and integrated work environment.

حصدت شركة الديار القطرية جائزة الاتحاد الهندسي الخليجي للتميز والابداع فئة المشاريع، عن مشروعها منصة لوسيل المتكاملة الإدراكية، وذلك خلال حفل التكريم الذي نظمه الاتحاد في دولة الكويت، تقديراً لتميز المشروع في تطوير منظومة ذكية متكاملة تُجسد مفهوم المدن المستقبلية.

وقد تسلم الجائزة المهندس خليفة المانع، مدير أول - مركز التحكم في المدينة والعمليات الذكية.

ويُعد المشروع منظومة تشغيلية متقدمة تقوم على تكامل الأنظمة وتحليل البيانات، مدعومة بتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتعلم الآلي، ما يُتيح اتخاذ قرارات استباقية في الزمن الحقيقي، ويُعزز كفاءة العمليات التشغيلية. كما يُسهم في تحسين جودة الحياة للسكان والزوار وتعزيز الاستدامة في مدينة لوسيل.

Qatari Diar won the Gulf Engineering Union Award for Innovation and Engineering Excellence in the Projects category for its Lusail Integrated Cognitive Platform project. The award was presented during a ceremony organized by the Union in Kuwait City, recognizing the project’s excellence in developing an integrated smart ecosystem that embodies the concept of future cities.

The award was received by Eng. Khalifa Al-Mana, Senior Manager of the City Control Center and Smart Operations.

The project is an advanced operational platform built on systems integration and data analytics, supported by artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. It enables real-time, proactive decision-making, enhances operational efficiency, and improves the quality of life for residents and visitors, while promoting sustainability across Lusail City.
