Site Engineer (Civil) - Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and safety regulations.

Architect - Design innovative and functional buildings with a strong understanding of construction principles.

BIM Coordinator (Civil) - Leverage BIM technology to optimize building design, construction, and ongoing operations. (Civil background preferred)

Foreman (Architectural/Civil) - Provide direct supervision and leadership to construction crews on site.

Safety Officer - Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a hazard-free work environment.

QA/QC Engineer (Civil) - Ensure construction quality meets project specifications and industry standards.

QA/QC Inspector (Civil) - Conduct inspections and maintain accurate documentation of construction quality.

Quantity Surveyor - Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets.

Document Controller (Arabic Speaking) - Manage and maintain project documentation, with fluency in Arabic.

HVAC Technician - Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems in buildings.

Electrical Foreman - Supervise electrical installations and ensure compliance with electrical codes.

Landscaper Foreman - Lead and oversee landscape construction and maintenance.

Bonus points:

Minimum 5 years of continuous employment with one employer.

Experience working on large and complex building projects.
