Kia România, respectiv importatorul, și Kia Europa continuă să ne spună că „am cumpărat mașinile de la SC LUK MOTORS ROM AUTO SRL”.
Serios? Noi de la cine am cumpărat mașinile: de la LUK MOTORS sau de la KIA și ISUZU, printr-un dealer autorizat și reprezentanță oficială?
Nu puteți folosi o rețea oficială pentru a vinde mașinile și, atunci când apar probleme, să vă delimitați de client cu replica „nu le-ați cumpărat de la noi”.
Dacă LUK MOTORS este dealer autorizat KIA/ISUZU, atunci marca și importatorul nu se pot ascunde în spatele numelui societății comerciale atunci când lucrurile nu mai sunt convenabile.
Kia Romania, as the importer, and Kia Europe keep repeating the same statement: “You purchased the cars from SC LUK MOTORS ROM AUTO SRL.”
Seriously? Who did we actually buy the cars from — LUK MOTORS, or KIA and ISUZU through an authorized dealer and official representative?
You cannot rely on an official dealer network to sell your vehicles and then, when problems arise, distance yourselves from the customer by saying, “You did not buy the cars from us.”
If LUK MOTORS is an authorized KIA/ISUZU dealer and official representative, then the brand and the importer cannot simply hide behind the dealer’s company name when it is convenient for them.
We expect a clear and accountable answer — not the same excuse repeated over and over again.
