We are pleased to announce that, effective 1 June 2026, Bianca Tîrca has been appointed Head of Cost Management at Brisk Group.

Bianca brings a wealth of experience in the construction industry, with a professional background that combines cost management, procurement strategy, technical evaluation and project delivery.
She began her career as a structural design engineer, building a solid technical foundation that continues to inform her analytical and commercially disciplined approach.

Her experience includes major developments. She has also worked as a technical expert on European-funded projects, gaining valuable insight into compliance, evaluation procedures and full project lifecycle processes.

At Brisk Group, Bianca will lead the Cost Management function, focusing on cost estimation, budgeting, procurement insight and project progress verification. Her role will support financial accuracy, stronger cost control and better-informed decisions for our clients.

Before construction starts, investors should ask more than “When will it be finished?” and “How much will it cost?”

The stronger questions are about readiness, governance and risk visibility.
