FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Every building is alive and needs specialized maintenance. Therefore, high quality facility management services will have a significant impact on the lifespan of the building. In order to facilitate transparency and communication, we are providing our Clients with access to our CRM/ CMMS platform, which enables the real-time communication & track record between the Tenants, Center Manager and Landlord. We also focus on all other specific needs of the property such as:
• Managing and organizing all the services for an optimal property performance (technical maintenance, cleaning services, security & reception services a.s.o.)
• Allocating utility consumption costs (Allocate the cost of the utilities consumption)
• Assistance in energy management optimization
