ON THE RISE — C3 Structure Finalized

Once a vision.
Then a sketch on paper.
Then a project set in motion through plans and permits.

Then the earth opened.
Foundations laid deep into the ground.

Through winter cold and summer sun, amid dust, steel and concrete, C3 slowly began to rise.

Today, the C3 structure stands complete — a defining milestone in the rise of a vibrant community.

And while C3 reaches this moment, C2 begins its own ascent, with the general foundation slab now being poured.

Next comes the transformation: living spaces shaped into works of art.

Soon to be lived.

Construction Milestone | Art Residence Transylvania

Sezonul cald aduce cu el vești bune: structura corpului C3 a fost finalizată.

Pentru a permite înălțimi libere de până la 5,5 metri, un element distinctiv al proiectului,, structura de rezistență a fost proiectată și executată prin soluții structurale dedicate și turnări speciale.

În prezent, pe șantier:
• lucrările de zidărie sunt în plină desfășurare
• următoarele etape includ montajul tâmplăriei, realizarea fațadei și a instalațiilor
• în paralel, la corpul C2 a început turnarea radierului general

Art Residence Transylvania este conceput ca un ansamblu mixed-use cu 187 de apartamente, completat de o galerie comercială la parter și integrat lângă clădirea de birouri deja existentă.

Situat în cartierul Gheorgheni, vis-à-vis de Iulius Mall și Lacul Gheorgheni, proiectul are la bază conceptul de serviced residences, recreând experiența unui hotel în viața de zi cu zi, la intersecția dintre natură și energia orașului.
