We proceed the tradition of Wainbridge Senior Management Retreats. This time have had an adventurous 3-day teambuilding trip to a secluded spot in Aegean Sea in Turkey🏖

During this time we have
- Set new goals and missions for the upcoming year;
- Held sessions on the current projects;
- Raised our team spirit with morning sport activities like bicycle tours, SUP and volleyball;
- And even developed and built architectural sand masterpieces on the beach!

And as usual we finished the trip with annual Awards at Gala Dinner🥂Ready to move further💪🏻

We are delighted to announce that .villeroy has been rewarded by the prestigious Hotel & Lodge awards 2022 organized by the French magazine . The award is held annually and includes 12 different categories such as Architecture, Resorts, Wellness and others.
Maison Villeroy received a prize in the category “Best Design Hotel”, a daring hotel, from the layout of the spaces to the choice furniture with the most successful concept and the most pleasant atmosphere”.
Happy to proceed the year with one more professional victory!

Extremely proud and pleased to announce that Trente-Trois Paris in Maison Villeroy .villeroy has been awarded one star by the Michelin guide for the 2nd year. The chef Sébastien Sanjou and the entire Trente-Trois dream team have brought the restaurant to the supreme level of excellence with enthusiasm, passion, generosity, and tenacity. We are thrilled to see their work rewarded.

We are pleased to announce that together with our partner Areal Development, we have received approval on making changes to the construction permit for the construction of Novatoria, and launched the sale of apartments with designer finishes in building A.

The updated concept of the project, which includes the expanded product line, the change in the height building A, and the increase in the number of apartments with designer finishes, places ЖК Novatoria in the Business Class category. NOVATORIA has set a new standard in the region's real estate market and will be the first residential complex in Vladivostok built to international standards.

The area around BVLGARI Hotel & Residences Moscow is famous the world over for being home to some of the most iconic theaters, museums and concert halls. And one of the many legendary buildings of this area comes in the form of ‘The Moscow Art Theatre’, founded in 1909.

This cinema, one of the oldest in the world, is the first Russian entry into Gucci Places, a list of inspirational spaces compiled by Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele.

In 2021, the Кинотеатр «Художественный» reopened its doors following a seven-year restoration, and has since gained a reputation as one of the most vibrant spaces in the city center.

We’re excited to share the latest news from the construction site of BVLGARI Hotel & Residences Moscow.

🔹 The restoration and cladding of the building’s facades, as well as the installation of window blocks, is nearing completion.

🔹 Finishing work in the hotel rooms is underway.

🔹 Work has begun on the finish for the residences and townhouses.

🔹 Work on arranging the internal engineering systems and connecting them to external networks is nearing completion.

Buvette NYC – The perfect balance between restaurant, bar, and café, Buvette marries its old-world feel with the laid-back vibes of a neighborhood diner. A great place to grab a quick coffee, or kick back and enjoy a long lunch.

Dante – As its name would suggest, this seafood restaurant does a great line in charcoal-grilled dishes and staggeringly good cocktails.
