SEZ Stupino QUADRAT resident FABERLIC will build a large dietary supplements production facility.
This will be the brand’s first in-house production of food and biologically active supplements.

✅ Phase one of construction: 10,000 sq. m.

✅ Investment: about RUB 1 billion.

FABERLIC is the largest direct sales company for cosmetics, household chemicals, dietary supplements, and home goods in Russia and the CIS countries.

The cumulative revenue of SEZ Stupino QUADRAT residents over the entire period of operation has totaled RUB 113 billion.

As a reminder, Stupino QUADRAT residents receive an expanded package of tax preferences that, on average, helps companies cut their initial investment by about 30%. They benefit from a reduced profit tax rate, while property, transport, and land taxes are waived for set periods. Companies are also exempt from import customs duties and VAT.

There are six SEZs in the Moscow Region in total, and the number of their residents keeps growing. In 2026 alone, another 13 companies received resident status.

The Astrakhan Biosphere Reserve is one of the oldest in Russia. Since 1919, it has preserved what would almost have disappeared without constant protection and the daily work of specialists: the unique nature of the Volga Delta — birds, fish, and rare plants.

🦅🦆🦩🐦‍⬛ The reserve’s avifauna includes about 300 bird species!
Migration here lasts a full 9 months of the year — from March to November.

Many bird species live in the reserve year-round, for example the white-tailed eagle, listed in the Red Book of the Russian Federation.

This is the Astrakhan Nature Reserve, where work never stops, even in winter. Every day, dedicated people work to preserve the pristine beauty of the Volga Delta. 🏞️❄️🦅🐦‍⬛🪿
�In the Astrakhan region, temperatures can drop below -20°C at night, but life in the Astrakhan Reserve continues to thrive. Nature does not rest – many birds remain in the delta for wintering, and the reserve staff continue their work. Winter is also a time to prepare for one of the peak fire seasons, which begins already in March.

🔥 The fire hazard in the Astrakhan region has become very tense in recent years. Essentially, the fire season lasts nearly all year, except for the spring flooding months and the early summer months when the water has not fully receded. The saddest part is that all fires in the Volga Delta are caused by humans.
Astrakhan region is not rich in forests; almost all fires here are reed fires, which are among the most difficult in the world to extinguish. Fire spreads instantly through dry reeds, and reed beds are hard to access for both people and equipment.

Therefore, the staff of the Astrakhan Nature Reserve must always be alert and ready to combat fires coming from neighboring areas.

For the upcoming fire season, 124.7 km of firebreaks and 91 km of fire roads (widths from 70 to 500 meters) have been established.

💚 State inspectors live on the reserve boundaries with their families all year round, so even in deep winter, the reserve remains under protection. Regular patrols are conducted, and active preparations for fire equipment are ongoing.

Это - Астраханский государственный заповедник, в котором даже зимой работа не останавливается… Ежедневный труд людей, чтобы сохранить первозданную красоту дельты Волги 🏞️

В Астраханской области за «бортом» ночью температура может падать ниже -20 градусов, но жизнь в Астраханском заповеднике продолжает кипеть. И природа не замирает – множество птиц остаются в дельте на зимовку, и сотрудники заповедника продолжают работу, ведь зимняя пора – это возможность подготовиться к одному из пиков пожароопасного сезона, который наступит уже в марте.

🔥Пожароопасная обстановка в Астраханском регионе складывается в последние годы очень напряжённая. По сути, пожароопасный сезон длится практически круглый год за исключением весенних месяцев половодья и первых летних месяцев, когда вода ещё полностью не ушла. Самое печальное, что все пожары в дельте Волги происходят по вине человека.

Астраханская область не богата лесами, практические все возгорания здесь – это тростниковые пожары, которые являются одними из самых сложных в мире для тушения. Огонь по сухому тростнику распространяется мгновенно, а тростниковые крепи являются труднопроходимыми и для людей, и для техники.

Поэтому сотрудники Астраханского заповедника всегда должны быть начеку и готовы отразить огонь, приходящий с сопредельной территории.

К предстоящему противопожарному сезону были обустроены 1️⃣2️⃣4️⃣, 7️⃣км противопожарных разрывов, 9️⃣1️⃣км пожарных дорог шириной от 70 до 500 м.

💚Государственные инспекторы на кордонах астраханского заповедника проживают с семьями круглогодично, поэтому и глубокой зимой территория заповедника остаётся под охраной. Регулярно проводятся рейды, идёт активная подготовка противопожарной техники.

❗️Last chance: how can I get benefits in the Stupino QUADRAT SEZ before the rules are tightened on April 1?❗️

❗️❗️❗️The government is changing the rules for residents of special economic zones.
On April 1, 2026, a law comes into force that tightens the conditions for granting tax benefits to SEZ residents. The time remaining until 04/01/2026 is a unique "window of opportunity" for those who manage to get resident status.

What is the essence of the changes?
The new law introduces the principle of "benefits for results".

For residents who received the status after April 1, 2026, the preservation of preferences will be strictly linked to the fulfillment of investment obligations.

The main control tool is TVMAX, which sets the maximum amount of benefits received. Every year, it will be compared with the amount of your actual capital investments and R&D costs.
The benefits will remain only if the actual investments are equal to or exceed the amount of tax preferences provided.

Otherwise, the resident will lose his benefits for the current year.

Three-year "vacation" period: for the first three years, new residents will be able to enjoy benefits without checking the "TVMAX" formula. But starting from the fourth year, the rules will become mandatory for everyone.

For companies that become residents before April 1, 2026, the old, more flexible conditions will remain. This is the key difference.

The "golden period" for registration is right now. You have a little more than a month to apply for the status of a resident of the Stupino QUADRAT SEZ and fix favorable conditions for yourself without the annual need to prove economic efficiency through complex calculations.
