Warning..

Ni****ne pouches raise systolic blood pressure by 10 mmHg, and increase heart rate by 12 beats/minute within minutes, and their risk increases even more when used during exercise, as they impose additional strain on the heart and demand more oxygen.

Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri (May Allāh be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet ‎‎ﷺ‎ said,
“Whoever recites Surat al-Kahf on Friday will have a light between this Friday and the next.”
In another narration, the Prophet ‎ﷺ‎ said, “Whoever recites Surat al-Kahf as it was revealed, there will be a light for him on the Day of Resurrection.”
Sunan al-Kubrá 5856
Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Albani in Sahih al Jamea 6470
