Property Management Division, with a prime focus on the residential market, BH Property Management Division managing multi-family properties known in the kingdom as "compounds". With over 40 properties currently under management, BH offers a range of services to maintain the quality of life for its tenants.

These include marketing, administrative and financial services as well as occupancy planning and risk management. In addition, depending on the size of the property and the number of occupants, additional services may include sports facilities, housekeeping services, day-care centers, restaurants, entertainment, pick-up and drop-off services to schools and shopping centers.

Furthermore, the Property Management Division is supported by a strong back-office and e-solution functions for all services offered. Tenants, for example, can utilize the interactive e-service to view schedules and events, post notes and ads, make repair and maintenance requests, etc. Such e-service allows all tenants to be a part of a larger BH community.
