Dear friends! Tomorrow is Midsummer that is widely celebrated in Sweden, let us tell you a bit more about this typically Swedish tradition.

During Midsummer Eve many Swedes will gather to celebrate the high-point of summer. Traditionally, during this time people pick flowers and make wreaths, cook fresh potatoes and serve it with pickled herring and chives. As for the dessert, it is common to enjoy a summer cake with berries and meringue or fresh strawberries served with whipped cream….ahh such a life!
