En kreativ plats där ni tillsammans med arkitekt och projektuthyrare kan planera och rita upp ert framtida kontor.

ART INSTALLATION IN FENIX STHLM
Work is well underway on the anamorphic FENIX logo. Located in the entrance, the art installation will be made using reclaimed material from the old building. This physical manifestation of the FENIX concept breaks apart and is resurrected every time you walk by.

Three new glas floors will be added to the existing building. From the roof terrace, with its attached bar, you can look out across the city while you wind down after work. Or why not use it for a launch event or presentation for customers.

The new atrium connect all floors both physically and visually. Next year the process will begin to cut out this new space in the building. And some of the concrete will be used to make the reception desk and art installations!

We want the office block of the future to be both stimulating and varied. A high BREEAM rating, solar panels on the roof and a concierge service are all key features of FENIX, as are healthy food, art, light and sound in the communal spaces.

Old meets new in the reception area – the reception desk, for example, is made from the concrete cut out to make way for the new atrium. Subtle lighting runs from the entrance into the building, concealed behind the ceiling’s soft textiles, which reflect the light and create better acoustics.

More art installations at the entrance and in the reception area will be revealed in future. Stay tuned!
