Genesta acquires the office property Ferring/Neroport located in Ørestad City, Copenhagen from Castellum. The 32,704 sqm multi-let building will be transformed to a modern and sustainable property to suit the future demand from office tenants.

We are happy to announce we have signed a lease contract with Nordic Wellness, encompassing approximately 3,300 sq.m in Arninge Centrum in Täby (Stockholm). We are now welcoming a gym to the retail park!
The tenant is expected to move in in January 2022.

GRESB just released the Sector Leaders for the 2020 GRESB Real Estate Assessment and Genesta is one of the winners!

Our fund GNRE Fund II, awarded with five stars, was selected as the Sector Leader in the Diversified - Office/Industrial, Europe Regional Non-listed category for 2020.

The GRESB Sector Leaders are the best performers by sector and region.
