We’re proud to share another collaboration with Derwent London, where we were entrusted with creating a set of CGIs for One Stephen Street, Fitzrovia W1.
Set just minutes from Tottenham Court Road, the building offers 48,000 sq ft of advanced workspace defined by a double-height façade and a bold, light-filled reception with black steel, terrazzo flooring and bespoke feature lighting. Our visuals focused on expressing this amazing scale, materials and refined atmosphere of the newly refurbished floors.

The welcoming portal guiding visitors from the metro station to the cozy “living room” entrance, conference rooms with a terrace - our visuals highlight space’s architecture and atmosphere.

We recently created a series of CGIs for a luxury retail unit at 115 New Bond Street in the Mayfair Quarter, developed by Royal London Asset Management - right in the heart of London’s most iconic shopping destination.

Our focus was on creating the atmosphere. Every detail was picked to communicate a sense of luxury and refinement.
