This is a very interesting case. Here why:
1. More than 30 buyers came and view this simple renovated house.

2. The first buyer did not exercise after there was a $15,000 above valuation. The buyer apparently stay in a government rental flat for years! Btw, his car is bigger than mine! Sadly, priority is not emphasis on asset but liability.

3. The 2nd buyer who is a lovely Indian lady bought after just viewing 1 house! This is a Chinese house but has a Indian god. Interestingly, maybe this house is faith to sell to those with the same belief. Singapore is indeed multicultural!
