I’ve been ‘video quiet’ for a while.

Whole of 2025, actually.

But I wasn’t away from property — or from life.

I welcomed my second child, shifted homes, bought an investment property, and spent a lot more time understanding what buyers, sellers, and investors are really going through.

Since I first started creating property content in early 2019, the scene has changed so much.

There are more agents, analysts, creators, and opinions than ever.

So if I’m coming back, I don’t want to just add more noise.

I want to share practical property views from the ground — across Singapore property, new launches, investment decisions, and also what I’m learning from Japan property.

To those who followed my content in the past, thank you.

Hopefully, this is the start of creating more consistently again.

Not hype. Not “sure win”.

Attended today’s fellowship organised by .sg for real estate professionals and was told by a fellow colleague that her first interaction with me was close to a decade back where I acted as a ‘fake buyer’ to get information on her unit.

Wow I totally couldn’t remember that interaction at all.

She followed up by saying, “it’s ok, we were all new to this industry once.”

Her words felt especially timely after hearing successful real estate professionals speak on the topic: ‘Who wants to be a millionaire? And at what cost?’ They openly discussed how certain grey practices are often encouraged to achieve great success in this industry.

One of which is exactly that: pretending to be a buyer.

Yes, even though I can no longer remember, I was probably guilty of it before.

At a different chapter of my life, before I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour in 2020.

Today, I am deeply reminded of how much God has transformed and blessed my life, both personally and professionally. Those grey practices are no longer a part of my DNA, and I can sleep well at night.

As shared, “I may not live in a prime landed property or drive a sports car, but my Lord has provided for me more than enough, and always at the right time.”

Reflecting on the recent quarterly awards with a full heart. Leading River Modern, one of the best-selling projects of 2026 has been an absolute privilege. Breaking new ground to receive my first-ever Champion Tagger award is a milestone I won’t soon forget.

Over the recent few days transacted 2 deals with fellow OrangeTee agent Kelvin Tan.

One where I was being assisted, and the other where I was the assister.

It was my first time working with him closely.

Very professional and knowledgeable, but what impressed me most is his dedication and fighting spirit to only want the best for his client. It was a hard fought unit at River Modern, but thank God we managed to secure it.
