The final max height limit is 2.3m (instead of 2.2m as earlier posted). The centre divider of the ramp is made of just reflector studs, which I wish it should have been concrete island to be safer as it is a curve down.

The glares and heat of the afternoon sun can be very annoying even the glass panels are heavily tinted, but should improve when Lake Grande towers are erected blocking most of it. Notice the reflection of the sun on the glass through the awning?
