Our KL trip was more than just property viewings.

We wanted our clients to experience KL beyond the developments and the numbers, to connect with like-minded people, explore the culture, and leave with a broader perspective on what investing overseas can look like.

So we made room for the moments that make the trip memorable.

An early morning run with our CEO, Benny Ong. A batik workshop that brought out everyone’s creative side and offered a glimpse into KL’s culture. Rooftop dining with the KLCC skyline as the backdrop. Door gifts from 5 Senses. And conversations that went far beyond just property.

Day 2 was a full day on the ground.

We brought our clients across KL Golden Triangle. Not just to look at buildings, but to understand what surrounds them, who lives and works nearby, and what drives tenant demand in each location.

At each stop, we walked the area together, looking at connectivity, layout, build quality, and rental potential. We talked through what works, what doesn’t, and what questions to ask as investors.

Some projects look different when you’re standing in them. Some locations feel different when you walk them. Some questions only come up when you’re there.

That’s what we do on trips like this. We want our clients to leave with a clearer picture of what they’re considering, not just a brochure or price list.

Malaysia’s tourism numbers keep breaking records.

10.6 million arrivals in Q1 2026. The most visited country in Southeast Asia in 2025. February set an all-time monthly high.
Visitor numbers have stayed high, not just as a post-pandemic bounce.

In cities like Kuala Lumpur, consistent tourist arrivals support short-stay demand, especially in areas close to KLCC and major MRT lines, where tourist numbers drive occupancy and nightly rates.

And tourism is just one indicator.
GDP grew 5.4% in Q1 2026. The ringgit is near an 8-year high. Malaysia attracted RM 22.81 billion in foreign investment in Q1 alone.

A fun and meaningful night at our Cashflow Game session with Ivan and Benny.

It was great seeing everyone come together, share ideas, make deals, and learn how to think differently about money, decisions, and getting out of the rat race.

Every table had a different strategy, every game played out differently, and that’s what made the session so interesting. Lots of learning, lots of laughs, and plenty of takeaways to bring into real life.
