Sitting at the junction of Punggol Drive and Edgefield Plains, Punggol Spring is conveniently sited near two LRT stations, ensuring seamless connection to the MRT networks, bus interchange and future town centre. Within the precinct, the blocks are linked by covered walkways that connect to the multi-storey car park. Teflon covered links at certain portions add a nice touch to the precinct. Footpaths also extend beyond to connect with adjacent precincts. Daily needs are well taken care of with upcoming commercial facilities close to home such as an eating-house, supermarket and a collection of shops. What’s more, the future town centre with the proposed waterway running through it promises a unique waterfront retail experience. Look forward to fabulous shopping, delightful dining, fun events and exciting entertainment in this lively and vibrant hub.
