| Sasseur Reit Earns ASEAN Asset Class Recognition for Corporate Governance Excellence

We are honoured to share that Sasseur Reit has been awarded the ASEAN Asset Class status under the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) 2024, placing us among the top 25th percentile of all ASEAN-listed entities.

This recognition, conferred by the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) and the Centre for Governance and Sustainability (CGS) at the National University of Singapore, reflects our continued commitment to strong corporate governance, transparency, and accountability.

The ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard is an initiative of the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum and the Asian Development Bank, supported by capital market stakeholders across the region. In 2024, only 53 Singapore-listed companies received this distinction.

This achievement reinforces our dedication to upholding the highest standards of corporate governance and creating long-term sustainable value for our unitholders and the wider community.

| Sasseur REIT’s 2025 Red Festival Concludes Successfully Across All Outlets

We are delighted to share that Sasseur Group’s annual Red Festival (红色第五季 – 国人的购物节) successfully concluded in November across our outlet portfolio in Chongqing Liangjiang, Chongqing Bishan, Kunming and Hefei.

Launched in 2019, the Red Festival has become one of Sasseur’s signature retail events. Inspired by the growing consumer preference for domestic Chinese brands, the festival celebrates the strength, creativity and rising influence of homegrown labels. It is designed to spotlight quality domestic products while creating a vibrant shopping season that resonates deeply with today’s consumers.

Across all locations, we saw strong shopper engagement, exciting brand collaborations, and robust tenant participation. The event once again reinforced the unique positioning of Sasseur Outlets as a platform that supports domestic brands while delivering exceptional value and experience to our customers.
