A very brief history about myself:
Before entering the Real Estate industry, I was a salesperson for 20 years, dealing with office equipment & document management solution, rising from a Sales Executive, to a Division Manager when I left the industry. I entered the Real Estate industry in 2010, joining ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd as a Marketing Executive. I was serving clients for both HDB and Pri
vate in the Resale segment, focusing on District 19. In 2012, I managed to be in the ERA Top 300, accomplishing my personal goal within 2 years in the industry. In 2014, I left ERA as a Marketing Director to join PropNex Realty Pte Ltd as a Group Director. I'm proud to be a member of the Powerful Negotiator Group where I refine my knowledge in the Real Estate industry, assisting many HDB and Private home owners to plan & restructure their asset portfolio. Fast forward till today, I'm a Branch Director in PropNex and the Top 10% within PropNex. Powerful Negotiator Group has grown to over 3,000 agents as to date and still growing strong.
