Recently announced, a residential site at Jalan Tembusu has been released for government land sale under the reserve list. Located in the East in district 15, approximately 1 km from the Dakota MRT station and 600 m from future Tanjong MRT.

Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) released the second half of 2021 Governent Land Sales programme. It states that there are 4 Confirmed List sites and 9 Reserve List sites.

It will comprise of 6,680 private residential units, 90,000 sqm gross floor area of commercial space and 530 hotel rooms.

The site at Marina View which is on the Reserve List will be released for sale by URA via public tender on June 28, 2021. URA has received a minimum bid from a developer for the price of $1,508,000,000 in tender for the land parcel. This site can yield 905 private residential units, 2,000 sqm GFA of commercial space and 540 hotel rooms.

Just a glimpse as to what the Greater Southern Waterfront will comprise of!
