There is some new policy changes to prime area HDB.
With these new changes, what will be the impact to the surrounding existing HDB?
Will there be any impact to prime location private housing?
Will the existing million dollar HDB become more in demand? With longer MOP period, it means now you need to wait for around 15 years (new bto now takes about 5 years to be built) before you can sell your HDB in the resale market. Will you want to wait this long?
What's your take on this new implementation? Will you try your hand in this PLH? (which stands for Public Location Public Housing)
