Sharing today’s newspaper article which clearly showed the *record number of $million dollar HDB resale * in August 2023, 54 in August alone‼️

Was this led because there’s a “higher replacement cost” impact in resale properties especially in condo types.
[ I.e. The need to sell higher is due to the latest cooling measures imposed.(To purchase Resale HDB, 15 months wait out after selling which potentially means the need to rent first)]

And did u realise one other fact ;
Million dollar flats don’t necessarily be on high floors, how come?🤔

🔴 HDB resale volume rose; record number of “million-dollar” flats in August!!

Prices are moving at a more measured pace in recent months, with the average resale price growth of under 1% month-on-month in the last three months.

📊In August, the overall average price of HDB resale flats inched up by 0.1% MOM to $577,475 from $577,166 in July. This is a shade slower than the 0.5% MOM growth in July and the 0.7% increase in June. On a year-on-year basis, the average resale price was up by about 5% from August 2022.

Why’s the hype for? My client asked me at a showflat.

Basically when we reach booking day, all strategy and decision should have been made already. To her, it is very clear, if this happens, she will do this, if that happens, she too, have a plan. It is all logical process.

It was at this moment I was yet again in awe of our division’s culture and belief- Advisory.
