Unit SOLD !!
Met this client through one of my listing. Back then, they were the buyer and wanted to offer but I felt that they were uncertain on whether they should sell first or buy first.
Sat down, had consultation, went through numbers and showed them the possible setbacks and scenarios if they were to proceed on purchasing first. With the help of
they gained better clarity and decided to engage me on their property restructuring.
