New Private Home Unit Sales for April 2023

A significant 77.2% month-on-month surge in new private residential sales (incl. EC) marked the highest level in seven months since September 2022. Thanks to the healthy take-up rates of two new launches in RCR, namely Tembusu Grand (55.4%) and Blossoms by the Park (74.5%), it signalled robust consumer sentiments in the face of economic headwinds and recent cooling measures.

Take-up rates in the CCR market also continued to exceed 100% since Dec 2022, with little impact from the recent cooling measures. This suggests domestic demand has always been forming the bulk of CCR purchases instead of Foreign Buyers.

Bestselling Properties for April 2023
The top three bestselling properties in all three market segments:
Tembusu Grand (354 units sold) in RCR, The Atelier (46 units sold) in the CCR and The Botany at Dairy Farm (12 units sold) in the OCR.
