🔜 10-Year EC MOP soon..

The ‘𝗕𝘂𝘆 𝗘𝗖 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗢𝗣 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸’ has changed entirely for Singaporeans on 8 May 2026.

⌛️ MOP doubled to 10 years.
🚫 DPS removed.
🔋 First-timer quota raised to 90%.

But these 5 ECs still run on the old rules.

✅ 5-year MOP (not 10 years)
✅ Deferred Payment Scheme still available
✅ 30% second-timer quota (Not 10%)

EC prices are still 15–25% lower than comparable private condos. If you buy at $1,800 psf and the private condo next door launches at $2,300 psf, that gap is your paper gains from day one.

The 5 projects:
1️⃣ Senja Close EC — CDL, ~295 units
2️⃣ Woodlands Drive 17 (Plot 1) — CDL, ~420 units
3️⃣ Woodlands Drive 17 (Plot 2) — Sim Lian, ~560 units
