The last weekend was a fulfilling one completing a successful handover, conducting consultations, and meeting clients for viewings.

It's always a privilege to help people through one of life's biggest milestones.

Apart from that, I had to take care of my son, Ethan and provide him, his necessaries. And also attend birthday activities too.

And......

Looks like my body has decided it's time to slow down though... I'm now down with a fever and Nose bleed. 🤒 Time to rest, recover, and come back stronger.

Father's Day came a little early this year. ❤️

I honestly didn't expect this surprise from Ethan.

What made it extra special wasn't the flowers or the little Mercedes-Benz gift, but knowing that he used his own savings to buy them. It was a simple gesture, yet one that warmed my heart deeply.

As a parent, I spend years teaching values, kindness, humility, respect and gratitude. Sometimes, when you least expect it, those lessons quietly comes back to you in the form of a thoughtful surprise.

⭐Warning, this is a long post⭐

As I step into 1st January 2026, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who took the time to wish me happy birthday on all social platforms.

Every message, call, and kind thought and words meant more to me than you may know — I felt truly blessed and surrounded by warmth as the new year began. Sorry I wasn't able to reply all of you yet. I will be doing that real soon. 🙏🏼

This day also marks my sixth year embarking on my journey in real estate. Looking back, I’m deeply thankful to everyone who came forward to pay it forward — those who patiently guided me when I had questions, stood by me during moments of doubt, and supported my growth throughout my journey as a Real Estate Consultant with PropNex.

All your generosity, mentorship, and encouragement have shaped me more than you know.

I’m also sincerely grateful to my clients and co-broker for the trust and teamwork in closing the sale of my client’s condo. After five days of focused negotiations, we successfully sealed the deal at the best possible price, surpassing my client’s expectations. Starting the year with such a meaningful milestone is something I truly cherish.

On a personal note, my heartfelt thanks to my partner, Rose, Ethan my son, and my friends for the beautiful surprises — the thoughtful gifts and birthday cakes as we crossed from 2025 into 2026 and celebrating my birthday together.
