I wanted to point this out!

Likely government will be revising the framework to attract more top talent. With more foreigners coming Singapore, there will be more rentals amidst lack of supply, and hence higher rental price. A 3bedder for $5-7k in OCR is not impossible.

Another reason why I feel it’s good to lock in 2y rental, if not purchasing a property to be a landlord ✌️
