ES Property Times Provide insight to would-be property buyers including first timer and/or season investors the latest It has been fun and a very challenging journey so far.

My name is Lau Eng Sai and I launched ES Property Times immediately after the Covid-19 phase-2 in September 2020. The primary aim is to help local property buyers, especially the first-timer, and season property investors to kick-start and grow their property portfolios by providing relevant market research information available to them so that they can make an informed decision in their property

purchase. To achieve what I set out to do, I will be providing some property investment tips together with market research of new property launches so that property buyers could assess and match the values and potential of the new launches to their requirements before making a purchase. I now offer services such as upgrading from HDB property to private property; upgrading non-landed to landed property; managing and enhancing property portfolios; how to jump-start property investment for early retirement; how to grow your existing property for graceful retirement. I keep on learning new things as I have to face many different challenges with many different clients in multiple industries. I am excited about what lies ahead.
