However we should continue to use IT tools to conduct work if possible, and if activity can't be done virtually, please adhere to the following:-
✅Wear Masks.
✅Maintain social distancing of at least 1m.
✅Anyone who is unwell should stay home.
✅Viewings should be arrange strictly by appointment basis and entry of all persons into the premises must be recorded using the SafeEntry QR code.
✅Strictly no Open House.
✅Total number of attendees should be limited to maximum 5 including the agent enter the premises at any one time
✅Encourage all to sanitize their hands before entering and refrain from touching any surfaces in the premises.
✅Keep the premises well-ventilated at all times during the viewing session.
✅Try to conduct virtual viewings first before doing viewings in person.
