Alhamdulillah..1st deal closed for the month of May! All the constant phonecalls and negotiation effort in between Raya visiting for the past 5 days just to secure this gem in Pasir Ris for my clients has finally paid off!

The competition is real when it comes to house hunting in Pasir Ris due to the Ethnic Integration Policy (EIP). My clients' choices are limited, given the fact that we have to factor in their budget that we have set, so that their primary objectives are met.

Another successful and smooth handover of this beautiful 5 room flat for my beloved clients! They were here to witness the handover process while admiring the unit for the last time before handing over to its new owners.

There were some obstacles halfway through the sale process which involves the other party. Admittedly, the situation at one point was quite tense, having to deal and manage the other party, the cobroke agent and making sure everything went back on track.

Thankfully it did and the whole process falls into places nicely, all the way till now. Alhamdulillah..

Awaiting completion in 2 day's time, InsyaAllah everything will go smoothly...😀

2022 is coming to an end with a blink of an eye! I must say that it has been a fruitful year for me. Turned to becoming a full time realtor early this year and its definitely a decision that I'm not regretting (should have done it long time ago!).

I would like to thank all my clients who believed in me and gave their full trust in handling their property matters. All the awards and accolades will not be possible without them. Alhamdulillah, all the transactions I've handled this year are coming to an end with smooth handover/takeover happening lately.

Of course, the journey was not all rosy. I had my fair share of rejections, disappointment and some hiccups along the way. These however made me stronger and wiser as a realtor and I regard it as part n parcel of the job. That's also where my family plays a very important role in providing the support that I need. Also, big thanks to the leaders in Spartans Division for the constant motivation and push! 💪💪💪

Lastly, the greatest pillar of strength is of course my family. They're my number 1 supporters since day 1. 💙

Punggol Spectra- 4A unit handed over successfully to its new owners!

Alhamdulillah, am grateful for the full trust given by my clients to handle both sale and purchase of their property.

I recommended doing contra for their transaction after assessing their needs in terms of timeline and it went smoothly from start till end.

There were however some hiccups during the initial phase of selling where we had to issue the OTP 3 times to different buyers as the 1st 2 buyers backed out due to unforeseen circumstances. The right buyer eventually came by and purchased this unit without hesitation. Unit was sold $25k above valuation 😀.

Congratulations to the new owners to this beautiful unit and I can't wait to see the outcome of my clients' new home!

Like many other BTO homeowners, the 5th year mark upon reaching the MOP is the most crucial point when it comes to decision making on their next property journey because that is usually when their cash proceeds will be at its peak.

The 3-hour consultation had indeed enlightened them on what was their financial position and of course, what are the available options for them upon selling. We went through various possible scenarios including their worst case.
