Top it all off, manage to sell her unit with $28,000 above valuation, pocketing profits of $2xx,### 🙏🏼

Successfully sold my client's 4 room HDB flat in Admiralty within 3 weeks of marketing!

This is a memorable one till date as client is a divorcee with a bank repossession notice that came in not once, but twice. As per most bank repossession, property would have been sold with the priority to cover any outstanding and arrears. Lucky enough, client manage to engage me prior to bank’s actions and what’s more, my client pocketed a huge profit with $45,000 above valuation!

Most of the time, or at least for some, our skills are required beyond real estate matters, for instance:
- Reminding and helping client to register for SingPass, be it going to CC with them
- Appealing to CPF for the usage of funds for client beyond the age of 55
- Drafting emails to gov bodies and financial institutions for relevant appeals
- Reaching out to Syariah Court for divorce documents search and retrieval

At least, those were the list of items that I had to assist my client with, and that’s just about one third of the entire journey.

This one experience definitely accelerated my growth, albeit it does have a very unique eye opening overview and outcome, with a test of mental resilience and a whole lot of patience.
