Attended Singapore Estate Agents Conference 2025 today organised by SEAA @ Lifelong Learning Institute. Opening address was by SEAA President, Mr Adam Wang; covering the launch of a new co-broke system, Multi-Listing System (MLS), exclusively for SEAA members, Creation of Singapore Institution of Estate Agents (SIEA), and coming AGM in August.

Guest of Honour for the Conference was Ms Sun XueLing, Senior Minister of State for National Development & Transport. Ms Sun highlighted the importance of RESโ€™s conduct of CDD in the effort of battling ML/TF, and stressed that penalty on errand individuals is now per breach basis (not per case basis). She applauded the use of AI & technologies in estate agency work.

It was a long but fruitful 4 hours of learning, covering:-

Besides the fruitful learning, besides earning 2 professional points for our CPD (Continuing Professional Development) requirement, we had time to meet up with fellow KEOs and got to know new ones.

We had our BNI meeting today at Corpthorne Hotel. We were delighted we had several visitors joined us for the meeting, together with our 30+ referral partners attending in person ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š We were glad to have 3 newly-joined members with us today.

BNI (Business Network International) is the worldโ€™s largest and most successful referral networking organization. It was founded by Dr Ivan Misner in 1985. Excited to receive so many visitors to our BNI Premier chapter meeting this week. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š We had our Chapter DC Ee Ting to give an excellent presentation on the benefits of Referral Networking with GIVERS GAIN mindset within BNI.

We had a great time and fun doing our 30 seconds presentation swap this week. Anders Wu (BusinessDistrict) & I (Charm Properties) were Team 14, sharing on commercial property and saving GST through BusinessDistrict. We had good fun with โ€œOpposition Partyโ€ from Page Neo and Josh Chua, sharing on Master Maid Agency and Industrial property! Majullah Singapura ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

This week, several members received their recognition for renewing their membership with Premier. Delighted to have Renel Moey (Rainbow Print) renewing her BNI membership into her 20th years.

We will be having 3 more new members joining Premier this month. Canโ€™t wait to meet more new referral partners here in BNI.
