Most home owners will always feel that their unit is the best. Even though there are obvious flaws, they tend to overlook the negatives just because their is emotional attachment to the house.

Theres always different perspectives and being once a seller and a buyer, i see how my position and thinking changed.

Everyone loved their homes and almost no one said their home was bad. In fact, mine wasnt bad. It just didnt suit our preferences for a bright, well ventilated and privacy home. Afterall we didnt choose the unit carefully at all (big mistake)

We were a family of 5 when we first shifted in, then turned 6.
Master room was given to my parents
Our family of 4 took common room 2 with a king bed + single bed
Common room 1 was basically a huge wardrobe + plenty of storage

The stay became more and more frustrating as we were seriously lack of space for study, work from home and play.

Needless to say, we started marketing our unit immediately upon 5 year MOP. I cant imagine those who now have a 10 year MOP

What happens when the family expands or unforeseen situation arises?

Choose your unit very wisely as it affects your daily life more than what you can see.

There are moments in motherhood that no one really prepares you for.

Every milestone they achieved is a sign of them leaving you a little more and you cant help but feel sad that they are slowly growing up to take the hardship of life and reality.

When i saw her small and confident figure, i feel so sad she is now independent😭😭😭 whats wrong with me😫

I am the one who needs to grow up cos love isnt over protecting them but learning to trust them 😫

Being a mom is more eye opening than anything else.

Simple paper, tape and a bit of patience can bring so much happiness to a 9-year-old. She loves me more than anything else and teaches me so much more than being just a human.

Being happy is more important than being perfect, and that’s what she taught me. 💙✨

The greatest fulfilment from working hard is being able go give unconditionally to my parents and my family

I grew up in very simple conditions but i wasnt lack of anything. Being able to give sufficiently and comfortably to them while seeing their smiles and laughter makes all the hard work paid off

My dad turns 70 today and i can only cherish the times we have and are gonna have🩵🩵 happy birthday to the person who is always the proudest of me!
