๐๐ปโโ๏ธ Coaching Session with Edmund ๐ฏ
Just had a personal and transformative session with . While there were a number of topics covered, here are the top three things I learnt from our session.
1. Prioritising What Matters
Coach Edmund hammered home the importance of focusing on what truly matters. By zeroing in on my most important tasks, Iโm learning to use my energy and time more effectively. This approach will make me more efficient and help me steadily move towards my biggest goals.
2. Kicking Bad Habits
Edmund is helping me identify and ditch the habits that are holding me back. I will swap out those unproductive routines for actions that actually get me closer to my goals. This shift is set to make a significant difference in both my personal growth and professional success.
3. Revamping My Routine
Iโm in the process of overhauling my daily routine from something pretty stagnant to a much more effective and efficient one. Heโs showing me how to set clear goals and priorities for each day, which should help me get more done in less time. Iโm hopeful that my productivity and confidence will take a huge leap forward.
In alll, the session provided me with invaluable insights and strategies. Iโm aiming to become more organised, focused, and proactive in reaching my goals, and Iโm excited to see where these changes will take me.
