While the rest of HDB Hub had already closed for the day, we stayed on.

Due to an unexpected technical issue, my clients had to wait almost two hours for their resale completion. It wasn’t the ending anyone had hoped for, but we stayed with them every step of the way until everything was successfully completed.

Real estate isn’t just about the paperwork or handing over the keys. It’s about being there when your clients need you most, even when things don’t go according to plan.

What a rollercoaster Sunday 😵‍💫

Spent the entire day rushing around, putting out fires and dealing with chaos left, right and centre. Was honestly feeling drained by the end of it.

Then, with less than an hour left before May came to an end, boom 💥 2 deals closed at the last minute! Definitely didn’t see that coming.

Huge shoutout to for saving the day with a spare copy of the OTP. Lifesaver! 🙌
