The highest offer of $400.32 million, or $603.17 psf ppr, was from a tie-up between CDL and MCL Land

When you look at today’s successful land bid prices for the EC at Tengah Garden Walk, you be shocked that EC crossed $600 for the first time.

💁🏻‍♀️With the recent land bid prices, it only shows that:

1) Property prices will remain resilient and future prices are expected to be higher.

2) Developers who loose out in the land bids and don’t have much balance stock will start increasing prices for their existing unsold units, ECs included.
